This policy explains how Mission Next Technical Academy handles personal information collected through mntacademy.com, inquiries, applications, and our Facebook or Instagram lead forms.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request program information, or apply. This can include your name, email address, phone number, country and state or region, program and cohort preferences, education, technology readiness, referral source, optional workforce-funding interest, and application acknowledgments. If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive the contact details and responses you choose to submit.
Our website and hosting services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and access times to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect against misuse. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial or medical information, or identity documents through the public application.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to requests, discuss programs, review applications and readiness, communicate about admissions and enrollment, provide related student services, maintain records, and protect our systems. Information submitted through an advertising lead form is used to follow up on the request described in that form.
Information may be handled by service providers supporting website hosting, email, document storage, application processing, and school administration, including Google Workspace for application records. We may share information with a workforce or funding organization when you authorize that coordination, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Cookies and advertising
The application uses a session cookie to support secure submission and prevent misuse. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent the application from working. Facebook and Instagram process activity on their own platforms under Meta's Privacy Policy. Submitting one of our lead forms provides the information you submit to Mission Next. This does not give Meta access to the answers in our website application.
Mission Next Technical Academy may use Meta advertising and measurement tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand website activity, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve our advertising. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may share limited information about website activity with Meta. We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information or information entered into application form fields to Meta through these tools. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through your Meta account settings.
Retention and protection
We retain information as needed for inquiries, admissions, school records, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or stop optional promotional follow-up, email info@mntacademy.com or call (850) 974-5763. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for school operations or legal requirements; we will explain any limits that apply to a request.
